I'm always in buyer's list building mode thinking of new innovative ways to add real buyers to our wholesale division's buyer's list. Even though we have wholesaled hundreds of deals there are a ton of new real estate investor's out and about taking advantage of some of the best buying opportunities our industry has seen in years.

P.S. When you go out to the auctions make sure you wait until after the auction is over to solicit for business. You don't want to distract the real estate investors from the auctioneers auction. I learned this the hard way the auctioneer had some unpleasant words for me. Just wait until the end and make sure you talk to the person who ended up winning the bid.
